1 c. quick cook oats
1 c. rolled oats
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1½ tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. melted butter or coconut oil
1 c. applesauce
1-2 Tbsp. honey (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 375°.
In a medium bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon. Add the melted butter and applesauce, mix to combine. Line a 8x8" pan with parchment paper. Press the mix into the bottom of the baking dish so that it is an even layer, it should be around ¾" thick. Bake for 25 mins, it should be firm to the touch but not hard. Cool and slice into squares.
