12 oz. cream cheese - the whole container that is one size up from the normal cream cheese that is 227g
4 packages of splenda
1 t vanilla
1 cup of whip cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, at high speed, blend the whip cream until thick with stiff peaks. Set aside.

In another medium bowl combine the cream cheese, splenda and vanilla and blend until creamy. Fold the whip cream into the cream cheese mixture and blend again until well mixed.

Scoop into dessert dishes and top with favourite berries.

Low carb and nummy! Another of Barry's favorites!
