3 - 4 potatoes (peeled and diced)
2 Tbsp butter
2 cps milk
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and dice into approximately 1/2 inch chunks.

Place potatoes into a medium sauce pan filled enough water to cover the potatoes by at least 2-3 inches. Add salt to water.

Bring water to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender and are easy to mash with a fork. Drain water from potatoes. Taste potatoes and salt to taste.

Add butter, pepper, and milk. Warm milk over medium heat until milk is hot. Do not allow milk to boil.
