1 can shoepeg/white corn, drained
2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
2 jalapeņo peppers, gutted and chopped
1 can chopped black olives
3 green onions, chopped
1 medium white onion, chopped
2 small tomatoes, diced
1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1/3 cup fresh parsley
8-10 ounce Zesty Italian salad dressing

Directions:

Toss all ingredients and let set overnight.

Serve with Scoop Fritos.
