4 c.bite size cooked chicken
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can 10 3/4 oz chicken broth (or use broth from cooking chicken)
1 can Le'Sueur peas drained (if don't like peas try corn)
3-4 carrots, peeled, sliced and pre cooked

Pot Pie Top:
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter melted (not margarine)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Place chicken in lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Mix soup, broth and pour over chicken. Add peas and carrots. Mix flour, baking powder and add buttermilk and melted butter. Pour evenly over chicken mixture. Bake 1 hr until crust browns lightly.
