1 C. Butter Softened (2 sticks)
6 oz. Cream Cheese -softened
6 eggs
2 1/4 C. Sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract or coconut flavor
2 1/2 C. Flour (cake flour)
1/8 C. coconut milk or coconut cream

Frosting:

1/4 c. butter softened
4 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or coconut extract
1 1/2 c. confection sugar
1/2 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, cream cheese, sugar on high speed. Beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla, then flour - Blend well.

Add milk and beat well.

Preheat oven to 350degrees~

Prepare - 9 x 13 pans spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add batter .

Bake 35 - 40 minutes

Let cool add frosting sprinkling on top of frosting.
