1½ box fettuccine
1 pt heavy whipping cream
2 green peppers
1 bunch green onions
3 T. minced garlic
4 med yellow onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 big block of velveeta cheese
1 can rotel
2½ lb. shrimp (peeled)
Crabmeat is optional. When used it does change the flavor.
Worcestershire, Tony's, Salt and Pepper to taste

Saute yellow onions in butter or oil until soft. Add peppers, green onions and garlic. Cook down. Add shrimp. Cook until just barely pink. Add crab, velveeta that has been cut into small cubes. Melt on low heat. Add rotel, whipping cream and worcestershire, Tony's or Slap Your Mama and salt and pepper to taste. Continue to stir so it does not burn. Cook fettuccine on the side. Mix together. Serve.

Whether you are making this on a burner or on the kitchen stove, I would suggest melting the cheese separate so the shrimp doesn't get over cooked. Everyone loved Ken's fettuccine at Scott and Breena's rehearsal dinner.
