7 c. Quaker Oatmeal Squares cereal, Brown Sugar flavor
1 c. pretzel sticks, broken
1 c. pecan halves, coarsely chopped
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
¼ c. unsalted butter
½ c. brown sugar, packed
½ c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Combine cereal, pretzels, pecans and peanuts in a large bowl; set aside. In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over cereal, stirring to coat. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Allow to cool and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
