230 grams unsalted butter
175 gramsconfectioner's sugar
1 egg room temperature
1.5-3 t. extract or emulsion, any flavor
1 t. salt
400-425 grams all-purpose flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400© (This is important!)
Cream butter and sugar
Add egs and extract and mix well
Sift together flour and salt, add to wet mixture little by little until well mixed
Roll, emboss, and cut cookies into desired shapes, dust with flour as needed
Put enough pressure on to the dough

Bake cookies at 200 C. for 7-8 min. until tops are dry rather than shiny
Separate with cutter or sharp knife.
