1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs (Panko)
1/3 cup Milk (i used Sour Cream :)
1/4 cup Onion - diced
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (I use minced garlic clove)
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 egg
1/4 cup Parsley - chopped
1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400ºF
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined.
Shape into 48 meatballs, approx 1 1/2 Tbsp each (I use a small cookie scoop - they are all perfectly sized and uniform for cooking).
Bake 18 - 20 min or until cooked through.
Meat temp about 170º.

Best meat ball recipe I have made. Tried it with 2 lbs lean beef hamburger & added 1 tsp bacon grease to keep it moist. Have also tried it with pork & beef - not a lot of difference I find. They are delicious either way.
The meatballs come out juicy and have a beautiful color.
Great with baked spaghetti or appetizers with Honey Garlic Sauce (see recipe here also)!
