1 Cup Diced Apple
½ Cup Lemon Curd
2 Packages Frozen Phyllo Tart Shells
½ Cup Flour
3 Tablespoons Sugar
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Stick Butter ... Cold

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix apples and lemon curd. Spoon into tart shells.
2. In a different bowl combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut cold butter into mixture until coarse crumbs. Spoon over apple mixture in tarts.
3. Place tarts on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar. Refrigerate leftovers.
