1 package yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines 520g)
1 instant lemon pudding (large 6-portion package)
½ pint of sour cream (250 ml)
¼ cup 2% milk
½ cup oil
4 eggs
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
chopped nuts of your preference

Beat all ingredients together, except for nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Mix nuts, sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl to make topping. Grease and flour 10" cake pan. Pour in some of the batter, sprinkle topping mixture. Pour in some of the batter, sprinkle topping mixture. Pour in last of batter and add rest of topping mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, pour 2 tbsp of melted butter over top.
