6 c. water
2 c. sugar
6 c. pineapple juice
12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrated
12 oz. frozen lemonade juice concentrated
3 c. or 26oz. light rum or vodka
4 tbsp. lemon juice
7UP or Ginger Ale

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Add rest of ingredients. Freeze for at least 2 days in a container with a lid, mixing occasionally (Ice Cream pail works good).

To serve: Place a large spoonful in a tall glass. Fill with 7UP or Ginger Ale. May garnish with a cherry.
