1 c. Canned Pumpkin
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c. Hershey's Semi Sweet Mini Chips

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Combine crumbs, cocoa, powdered sugar and stir in butter. Press mixture onto bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 400º. If you want to be lazy you can just buy a pre-made chocolate crust. If you do that, cut the cheesecake recipe in half or make 2 cheesecakes. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and pumpkin pie spice. Add pumpkin and eggs, beat and add chocolate chips. Pour into crust and bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250º and continue baking for 50 minutes.

Personal Notes:
This is my all time favorite cheesecake recipe. It comes from the Hershey's Homemade cookbook. When we first got married I sent in to every company that offered cookbooks or free recipes. It paid off because I found many a tried and true recipe out of those books.
