2 large Beef soup bones
2 large onions, chopped
6 carrots, chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 large head cabbage, chopped
3 # beef stew meat, cubed
1 28 oz. can tomatoes, crushed
3 20 oz. bag mixed vegetables, frozen
1½ C pasta (like alphabets or ditalini), cooked al dente

Directions:
Directions:
Use very large stock pot.
Place bones in pot - add small amount of spray margarine - season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and brown.
Add beef stew meat, and brown also.
Add water to fill pot about ¾ full.
Boil for about 1 hour.
Add: onion, garlic, carrots, celery, cabbage, salt, pepper, and crushed tomatoes.
Simer about 3½ hours.
Add 3 - 20 oz. bags of frozen mixed vegetables.
Simmer total of 8 hours.
If flavor needs enhanced, add beef flavored soup base to taste.

FYI: You may add whatever vegetables you prefer, like broccoli and cauliflower, etc.
