1 lb Louisiana crawfish tails
1 cup uncooked rice (not instant)
1 can original Rotel (if you like spicy go for Hot)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
2 sticks of Butter (1 stick really is enough - ½ stick for low fat)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in 2 qrt casserole baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes uncovered. Stir well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered.
Let stand covered for 20 minutes. Stir and Serve.
