1 10 oz. (3½ C) Gemelli or spiral pasta, uncooked
1 T olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 C broccoli, chopped
¾ C water
¼ C dry white wine
1 t vegetable bouillon
4½ oz. black olives, chopped
½ C Parmesan cheese
½ t salt
¼ t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to al dente - drain - keep warm.
Heat oil and garlic; cook 3 minutes.
Stir in wine, water, bouillon, and olives.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Add pasta, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Toss to combine.
