Ingredients:  
Mix in big saucepan
1 quart milk
2 – 4 beaten eggs (depends on how rich you want it)
1 1/2 cups sugar or more (depends on how sweet you want it)
Heat mixture until hot but do not boil.
Put in 1 gallon ice cream freezer can.
Add enough whole milk to fill the can ¾ full
Add 1 tsp. vanilla and a pinch of salt
Freeze in electric or hand turned freezer
You can add 1/2 -1 square of chocolate melted in milk mixture.
You can add mashed bananas , but after you have added the milk to the freezer.
You can add other flavorings after the milk is heated.
