1/2 c. Milk
1/3 c. Onions diced
1/3 c. Green Peppers diced
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Hot Sauce
1 1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar
4 Bacon Slices
1 lb. Breakfast Sausage
Directions:

Brown breakfast sausage. Spray cake pan and line bottom with hash browns. Top with egg mixture. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
