2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping:
1 tsp cinnamon
4 TBSP brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, butter, and eggs.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into butter/sour cream mixture.
Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased/floured Bundt pan.
Combine cinnamon, brown sugar, and nuts.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the topping mix on top of batter in Bundt pan.
Spoon rest of batter on top of topping mix in the Bundt pan.
Top with remaining topping mix.
Bake at 350º for 60 minutes. Cool and shake out of Bundt pan to serve.
