1st Layer:
½ c. melted margarine
1 c. flour
½ c. nuts, chopped

2nd Layer:
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

3rd Layer:
1 small package vanilla pudding
1 small package chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

4th Layer:
1 c. Cool Whip
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer: Mix ingredients together and press into 9x13" pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º.
2nd Layer: Mix ingredients together and spread over crust.
3rd Layer: Combine pudding and milk and spread over 2nd layer.
4th Layer: Spread Cool Whip over pudding layer; Sprinkle top with nuts. Chill.
