1 Tsp active dry yeast
1½ C warm water (110-115º)
2¾ C flour
2 Tab sugar
2 Tab olive oil
1½ Tsp salt

Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warn water. Stir in the remaining ingredients to form a wet dough, transfer to a greased 2½ Qt. baking dish. Cover, let stand in a warm place for 1 hour.

Stir down dough. Cover, let stand 1 hour.

Pre-heat oven to 425º

Bake 20 minutes. Reduce oven setting to 350º
Bake until top is golden brown, about 20 minutes.

Remove bread from baking dish to a wire rack to cool.

Serve warm
