1 17.5 oz. pkg. sugar cookie mix
½ C butter, softened & cut into pieces
1 egg
2 Tsp vanilla
1 C chopped nuts
1 4 serving pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 C milk
1 C frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 kiwi, peeled and aliced
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
1 C strawberries, sliced
½ C raspberries
½ C blueberries
½ C blackberries

Preheat oven to 350º.
Coat a 14" round pizza pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, with electric mixer, beat cookie mix, butter, egg and 1 Tsp vanilla until thoroughly combined. Stir in nuts, press dough into pan, leaving a 1" border.

Bake 18-20 minutes, or until light golden around the edges and just set in center.

Let cool completely.

In a medium bowl, whisk pudding mix, milk and remaining vanilla until thickened.

Stir in whipped topping until thoroughly combined.

Spread evenly over cookie crust.

Garnish with fruit.

Note: can easily change tart every time with different fruit.
