1½ tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
(1 tsp dried basil)
1½ tbsp chopped fresh oregano
(1½ tsp dried oregano)
salt & freshly ground pepper
dash of sugar
(red pepper flakes?)
(herbs: thyme, rosemary, marjoram, fennel seed?)

Heat oil, saute garlic.
Add paste & cook 1 min.
Remove fm heat, stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread over pizza dough, or
store in fridge up to 5 days, or
freeze up to 3 months.
