2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 cups crushed barbecue chips
½ cup soft butter
2 lbs ground beef
1 package onion soup mix
1 cup cooked rice
1 can cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
⅔ cup warm milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn flakes, barbecue chips and butter. Put half of mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Reserve other half to put on top. Brown beef seasoned with onion mix, then drain fat. Put over cornflake mixture in dish. Put cooked rice on top of meat. Combine cream soup, milk, eggs and cheese. Pour over top of the rice. Put the rest of the cornflake mixture on top. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
