1 box of garden rotini, cooked al dente
1 regular sized bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing (or any Greek/Italian dressing of your choice)
1 onion, chopped finely
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 can of sliced black olives
1 pint of mushrooms, chopped
1 pint of grape tomatoes
a handful or two of raw, fresh broccoli, only the florets and pulled into baby florets
3 carrots, peeled and sliced thin
a handful of fresh chopped parsley or basil (or both)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Optional:
Parmesan Cheese
Feta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything except for the cheese. Shake together in Tupperware. Place in refrigerator until ready to eat. This can be served hot or cold. Add cheese right before serving.

This is at every cookout. It's a good vegan option, and a crowd pleaser. It also is cheap and kid friendly. In fact, I have the kids make it.
