1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese (If you choose to use a tub of garlic flavored cream
cheese, omit the clove of garlic later.)
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 finely cut clove of garlic
2 tsp. basil

Cream all ingredients with mixer. Spoon into greased pie plate. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. May garnish with chopped tomato. Serve warm with crackers.
