3 lbs. boneless Chicken
1 bottle Russian Salad Dressing with Honey
7 oz. jar Apricot Preserves
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken up in small pieces. Soak in salt water for 1/2 hour. Put chicken in casserole dish.
In a bowl mix dressing, preserves and onion soup mix together. Add to chicken. Mix thoroughly.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
