1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Shape into balls and brown in some oil in a large frying pan. When meatballs are browned, add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least half an hour.

Serve over rice.

Yes, you read that correctly. There are raisins in with these meatballs. They are absolutely necessary and won't taste as good without them so no leaving them out for picky eaters.
