2 Envelopes Dry Yeast
1/2 C. Water (very warm)
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 C. Margarine
2 Eggs
4 1/2 C. Flour

Filling:
1/2 C. Margarine (softened)
1 C. Light Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
1 C. Raisins
1/2 C. Chopped Walnuts
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle yeast into very warm water. Stir in 1 tsp. sugar. Let stand 10 minutes, until it begins to foam.
Heat milk, sugar, salt and butter just until butter melts. Pour into large bowl. Cool slightly.
Beat in eggs with wire whip until blended. Stir in foaming yeast.
Beat in 2 cups flour until smooth. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough.
Knead on floured board 5 minutes. Use only enough flour to keep from sticking.
Put in greased bowl. Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down. Knead. Let rest 5 minutes.
Make filling.
Roll out half of dough and fill. Roll up and cut into nine pieces.
Put into greased pan(cut side down). Cover. Let rise in warm place for 45 minutes.
Bake 375° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Invert pans immediately on wire rack.
