1 Scoop protein powder
½ medium apple, chopped
1 T. Pure maple syrup or Agave nectar syrup
1 handful of crushed almonds(or nut of your choice)
Cinnamon to taste.

Add all but the nuts to the cooked oats and mix well. Top with crushed nuts of your choice.
