2-1/2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Oil
1 cup Strong Tea
1 cup Honey
3 Large Eggs
2/3 cup Sugar
1 small Banana, mashed
1 tablespoon Grated Orange Rind

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Generously grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan. In bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. In glass, measure , mix tea and honey. In large bowl of mixer, at medium speed, beat eggs with sugar until thick, about 5 minutes. Gradually add 1/3 cup oil, the banana and rind. Alternately beat in flour and honey mixture until blended ending with flour mixture (beginning with flour). Pour into pan. Bake 55 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes. Invert cake onto rack, cool.
