Sheet Cake Recipe

2 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 sticks Margarine
4 tbsp. Cocoa
1 cup Water
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 C. Sour Milk (add 1 tsp. vinegar to milk)

Sift flour, sugar and salt in bowl.
Put margarine, water and cocoa into saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over flour and mix well. Beat eggs and add baking soda and sour milk. Mix well and add to other mixtures.
Pour into greased and floured sheet pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
During last 5 minutes of cake baking put into a pan:
3 tbsp. Cocoa
3 tbsp. Milk
1 stick margarine

Remove from heat and add confectionary sugar to make frosting. Pour over hot cake and put crushed nuts on top.
