1/2 pound chicken breast, chopped into small pieces
1 bunch Thai basil
1/4 clove garlic, chopped into small pieces
Thai chilis depending on desired spice level, cut into small pieces**
1/2 yellow or white onion, chopped
1/2 tablespoon granulated chicken stock
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon black sweet soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1/4 tablespoon palm sugar (substitute brown sugar if not available)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil on medium-high in a wok or large skillet.
Add garlic and chilis until you can smell the garlic.
Add the chicken and stir, 3 minutes.
Add onion and stir.
Add sauces and all remaining ingredients except basil and stir until chicken is cooked through.
Turn off heat and add basil; stir and serve.

1 chili is mild
2 to 3 chilis make it medium
4 to 5 chilis make it a little spicy
6 chilis and up make it burn your ass!
