2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup water
⅔ cup shortening (I use lard)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt mixture. Remove ⅓ cup flour to small bow and add to it ¼ cup of water. Add shortening to the dry flour mixture. Then add flour and mixture .


* This is the end of the recipe. Normally the dough is let to rest in the freeze for an hour or so. Then brought out, rolled for the pie plate and have pie weights in while baking. The rest is up to you and your own baking skills.
