Directions:
Clean pork chops and make sure to use a knife and put cuts into the meat so that it will cook all the way through.
Season chops with my house seasoning.
In a empty container, put pork seasoning mix in container. Drop 3 at a time of your chops into the mixture and shake well.
Preheat electric skillet on 330º and drop your pork chops three at a time into the hot grease. If you have one that bubbles up, use a kitchen scissor and cut a small slit into it so that it will flatten out. Turn as often as you need to make sure the chops are golden brown on both sides.
Remove from grease and place in aluminum pan lined with paper towel.

Personal Notes:
This is my husband favorite meal. The pork seasoning mixture is great for frying pork chops but sometimes I add a little of the chicken fry mix to it as well.. Be careful about how much salt you are using, this mixture has enough in it. Happy Frying Enjoy!
