Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
medium tortillas
1 can Mexican corn (drained)
1 can Rotel (drained)
1 can chili beans (drained)
chopped onion (optional)
cheddar cheese

TACO MIXTURE
8 oz cream cheese
1 packet Taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion, drain. Season with salt, garlic powder, and Faith Cattle Top Hand (if you have it) while its cooking. After draining add corn, rotel, and beans. Cover with lid and let simmer while you prepare the mix. Soften cream cheese, mix with taco seasoning. Spread mixture on tortilla and put it sauce side up in your pan. Spray the pan if it sticks. Cover tortilla with beef, try to get as little juice as possible while transferring beef. Top beef with preferred cheese. Repeat process until pan is full. Usually takes about 3-4 tortillas including top and bottom. Do a light brush of butter on top tortilla so it doesn't burn. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
