1 lb cubed beef
2 containers of small pearl onions ( white or yellow)
Peppercorn
Sat & pepper
2-3 bay leaf
2 Tbsp EVOO
¾ cup red wine
¾ cup tomato sauce
1 Tbsp tomato paste
Directions:
Directions:
1. Sautee beef in olive oil
2. Add paste, peppercorns, bay leaves, wine, & tomato sauce
3. Add enough water to cover meat
4. When tender, add onions
5. Put in oven for about 30 minutes
6. Uncover until not too much liquid
