About 1 dozen large mushrooms and/or large jalapeños
1 lb. pan sausage, mild, hot, etc.
¼ c. chopped onion
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove mushroom stems and chop. If using jalapeños, split lengthwise and remove seeds and white membrane. Cook sausage with chopped onion. Add mushroom stems and cook a little longer. Drain fat. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Stuff mushrooms and/or jalapeños with sausage mixture. Bake at 400º for about 30 minutes. Can be served as appetizer or main dish.
