1 6-8 oz. pkg. Rice A Roni, beef flavor
1 lb. of ground beef or turkey
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. veg. oil
1 and 1/2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice-vermicelli mix, ground meat and egg. Shape into 1 and 1/4 inch balls.
In large skillet over med. heat, brown meatballs in oil. Drain.

Slowly stir in water and seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low. Simmer for 30 mins. or until meatballs are cooked.
