1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 pkg or 3 TBSP Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
One 11-oz pkg oyster crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, dressing mix, and lemon pepper. Add oyster crackers, cover bowl, and shake until well coated (could use gallon sized baggie)
Spread oyster crackers on a jelly roll pan and bake at 350º until slightly browned (15 minutes).
Spread oyster crackers over a double layer of paper towels allowing 30 minutes for the excess oil to be absorbed.
Transfer to an airtight container. The flavor develops as they sit at room temperature for up to one week.
