Directions:
We're going to have a "Fiesta" time;
It's easy -- just follow this little rhyme.

Start with fritoes, slightly cracked.
This begins your "Fiesta" stack.

Add the rice -- a good-sized dip;
Put it right atop the chips.

Pour on some chili, hot and sassy;
This "Fiesta" is looking classy.

Sprinkle on cheese, grated and yellow;
Makes the chili tasty and mellow.

Now the salad (lettuce and tomatoes) atop the cheese;
Making "Fiesta" is really a breeze.

Spoon on olives for taste and looks.
This recipe isn't found in the books(except for this one).

Add the coconut -- don't start to doubt.
Just a sprinkle will do -- please try it out.

A few pecans add interest, too.
Be a sport -- you're nearly through.

Top it off with salsa that's hot;
Now eat and enjoy -- it'll hit the spot!

This is great for parties when the guests are asked to bring dishes. Assign them one of the ingredients and line them up in the order listed for them to create their own stacks.
