BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe

1 loaf of frozen pizza dough, or 1 pre-made pizza crust
1 c. bbq sauce
1 lb. chicken tenders cut into small pieces
1 red onion, sliced horizontally
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded mozarella cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
garlic powder
oregano
parsley
cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500º

Place pizza baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven while the oven preheats.
Cover the loaf of dough in flour and spread a bit of flour on the counter.
Using a rolling pin roll out the dough to the desired size. (hand toss if you are feeling fancy)

Once the oven is done preheating take the pan out of the oven.
Place rolled out pizza dough on the pan.
Spread bbq sauce on the pizza using a spoon or rubber spatula.
Add the chicken tender pieces, sliced onion, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

Melt butter in a microwave, add garlic powder and oregano to the butter and stir.
Brush the melted garlic butter on the outer crust of the pizza.

sprinkle a little cilantro and parsley over the pizza.
Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Slice and enjoy!
