Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 rack of pork ribs
bbq sauce if desired
Montreal steak spice

Directions:
Directions:
Take rack of ribs and flip to underside. With a sharp knife score between the bones through the sinew, this makes the ribs cook flat and not curl up.

Then cut the ribs into 4 bone pieces.

Line a baking pan with foil. Place the ribs on the pan and pour water over them, not quite covering them. Cover with more foil, tightly.

Place in oven at 300º F and slow cook them for 3 hours flipping them over half way through.

Drain water if any remaining. Sprinkle with steak spice or baste with bbq sauce depending on your preference of how you like your ribs. Cook for another 30 minutes and serve.
