Ingredients:  
2 T butter
1 leek, white and pale-green parts only, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced, rinsed well
1 red onion, quartered and thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup corn kernels
1 T thyme
3 small yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
2 carrots, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
6 cups store bought fish stock unless you have a fish carcass kicking around to make your own!
12 oz. salmon, cut into ½ inch cubes
½ cup heavy cream
1 T chopped fresh dill
½ cup fresh parsley chopped
1 cup white wine

Directions:

Heat butter in medium stockpot over medium-low heat. Cook leek and onion until soft. Season with 1 t salt, stir in potatoes, carrots, corn, thyme, white wine and fish stock. Bring to boil and then reduce to low and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes

Add salmon, and simmer and stir in cream, dill, parsley, salt and pepper, about another 10 minutes.
