"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup creamy peanut butter
4 cups cup icing sugar
½ cup of butter
2 cupS Rice Krispies
3 cups of chocolate chips for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the peanut butter and butter and slowly add the icing sugar and then add the Rice Krispies until just combined.

Place mixture in fridge about 1 hour until firm

Take chilled mixture and scoop a full tablespoon. Roll into 1" balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes to prevent miss shaped balls.

When ready to dip balls place chocolate chips in a microwave and heat at 50% power. Start with 1 minute, stir the chips. Repeat at 30 seconds until melted (chocolate can burn really easily!)

With a tooth pick spear the ball and dip it in the chocolate and place in mini muffin paper cup, sprinkle your favourite sprinkles over before they harden.
