2 C Bisquick Mix
1 C milk
2 eggs
1 T sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 C blueberries
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, adding blueberries in gently last so as not to break them up and have purple pancakes. Drop 1/3 to 1/2 C batter onto non stick sprayed, or buttered griddle.
Flip when bubbles have come to the surface, and edges look dry.
