1 C peanut butter
1 C sugar

Preheat oven to 375º.

Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment.

Stir together egg, peanut butter and sugar.

Drop by rounded teaspoons onto sheets, if desired roll in sugar before dropping.

Flatten with a fork.

Bake 10-13 minutes or until set in centers.
