6 to 10 chicken pieces (boneless thighs are great)
3/4 cup Rosé wine
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. powdered ginger
2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1-2 large garlic cloves, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken pieces in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients in large measuring cup and stir well. Pour it over chicken and marinate at least 4 hours or all day in fridge.

Bake at 375º for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Serve from pan with juices. Great with brown rice.
