4-6 medium pieces cube steak
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 small onion, sliced
1½ cans water
Flour

Directions:
Flour and brown steak in frying pan. Pour out leftover grease from frying pan. Put steak back in pan; add soup, water and onions. (I mix the soup and water together before adding).

Simmer (low) for 2 hours or until steak is tender.
